Ingredients- 1 cup leftover rice or fresh cooked rice 1/3 cup finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach(optional) 1/2 cup grated cheese ( I have used Cheddar cheese) 8-10 mozzarella cheese cubes for stuffing 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander 1/3 cup grated carrot 4 Tbsp cornflour. You can use all purpose flour(Maida) too. 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp chill flakes.
